Sam-Jay Services, a leading provider of industrial, municipal and commercial grounds maintenance, whose clients include Chatham County and the City of Savannah, has recently purchased ELP Landscape Services. This acquisition places Sam-Jay Services at the forefront of Savannah and the Low Country's environmental needs.
